We are currently recruiting someone with experience of setting and operating CNC vertical milling machines. The machines are Cincinnati Arrow machines with CT and with Acromatic 2100 control systems.
The right person will have several years experience but will be given relevant training. They should be able to adapt their knowledge to prepare programs for new parts as and when they are required.
As well as CNC vertical milling machines, we also have cnc grinding machines as well as many conventional milling, and grinding machines and lathes, capstans etc. Most programs are produced on the machine, but we also utilise a 3D CAD CAM software system.
